Exuberant, animated, where are you going?
谜一样的 沉默着的 故事你真的在听吗
Like an enigma, silent,
Are you really listening to this story?
我曾经跨过山和大海 也穿过人山人海
I once crossed mountains and oceans, and passed by crowds of people
我曾经拥有着的一切 转眼都飘散如烟
Everything I once had disappeared like smoke in the blink of an eye
我曾经失落失望 失掉所有方向
I once lost hope, lost all direction
直到看见平凡 才是唯一的答案
Until I saw that ordinariness was the only answer
当你仍然 还在幻想 你的明天 Via Via

Notes:
人山人海 lit. mountains and oceans of people
(Usually a descriptive phrase meaning lots of people. Although I like the similarity with the first half of the line, the literal translation runs the risk of sounding like people living in actual mountains and oceans.)
平凡之路
(Can also be translated as 'the beaten path')
绝望着 也渴望着
(Another translation is 'without hope, yet hoping' because the 望 in both words means 'hope' which sounds really nice)
时间无言
(Technically this means time is mute, with 'time' in the broad noun sense and 无言 meaning 'without words'. Not sure how to make that sound good though.)
风吹过的 路依然远
(Not sure if this line is supposed to mean the road that the wind blows through is still long, but I decided to disconnect the two because that's how I did the rest of the similarly broken up lines.)
